The process of preparing waste - recyclable glass for grinding.
Collection: Waste portions of glass used in glass processing facilities are collected.
Sorting: The collected glass can be of different colors and types. During the sorting stage, the glass is separated based on its color and type. If there are any metals, plastics, or other foreign materials in the glass, they are also separated at this stage.
Cleaning: The sorted glass is cleaned and freed from foreign materials.
Grinding: The cleaned glasses are ground for approximately 5 hours with alumina beads to transform them into small dust particles.
Screening: The ground glass particles are passed through a sieve to separate unwanted residues.
The prepared glass powders are pressed in eccentric presses of approximately 60 tons, in the desired dimensions. During this process, the coloring process is also carried out.
The printed glass mosaics are fired in closed circuit kilns, approximately 22 meters in length, at a temperature of around 800 degrees.
After the firing process, the mosaics are placed into curing containers.
The stones, which have been produced and gone through the cooling process, are arranged in the desired patterns.
The mosaic tiles that have gone through the installation process undergo silicone application and/or meshing stages according to the customer's preferences.
The glass mosaics, which have become the final products, are prepared for shipment through packaging and palletizing processes.
Carefully produced glass mosaics under the brands Revista and Revipool are being shipped to more than 20 countries.
